Guardian Rebrand When did the rebrand happen?: The Guardian newspaper held a complete rebranding of itself and look on the 15 January 2018  Why has the rebrand happened? What is the print media fighting agai nst? : The Guardian has signed a contract for Trinity Mirror, an external company that is the publisher of the Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror and Sunday People.  The merge with the publishing company has been influenced by various reasons including continuing falls in the print advertising market and the rising cost of publishing newspapers, this is due to consumers move towards digital media. Creating my blog

CREATING MY BLOG Over the last couple of days I have begun to create my new media studies blog. During this process I created a new blog on the website Blogger and filmed a short introduction for the page. The video includes a welcome from me and a quick interview. For the video I used a green screen, a DSLR camera and lighting equipment. The green screen was in the equipment so that I was able to have an interesting and eye-catching background. When filming it was important that there was soft lighting so that there are no extreme shadows. After filming this I went onto editing the video, adding text, a moving background and colour correction.
